Great spot in a great location. Host was very responsive to all questions before and during stay. You’d think it would be loud but as soon as you open the door into the hotel, you’re away from the hustle and bustle of the mall in a quiet building.

The guesthouse was perfect for our one night stay in Charlottesville. The room was easy to access and very clean! We felt at home right away and the bed and pillows were very comfortable! We will definitely stay again on our future trips to Charlottesville!

Excellent in every way! Perfect location, just 1 ½ blocks from The Mall. Surprisingly quiet. Super clean. We stayed in #5 which has outside access and was perfect for our dog.
