Warner House Downtown

The home was lovely and had everything we could possibly need. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area

The Warner home exceeded our expectations. Each bedroom and bathroom (3 of each) was beautifully furnished and accommodating. The house was perfect for 3 couples. The living space had beautiful art, comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen. The house is in an excellent location for all desired destinations. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous home and location was perfect. Girls trip away for the weekend and we’ve already decided we didn’t even touch on half of the things to do around there, and without a doubt, we would return to this beautiful and comfortable home.

Great location and space. My teenage sons and I stayed for my 20th reunion and definitely want to come back on our next visit

Hi,We enjoyed our stay; the house was beautiful and very comfortable! It was clearly very new and well kept. The location was very accessible to anything that you might want to do in, or near, Charlottesville. I did want to offer some feedback about the property. The water filter needs to be changed in the refrigerator, it says it is 99 days overdue. The tub in the basement bathroom does not drain well. It has standing water in it well after one is out of the shower. The toilet in that same bathroom also almost overflowed twice (it did not, the water just rose to the top and did not recede for a while). I assume that those issues might be related.

Spent a great fall weekend at the Warner House for a family wedding in Charlottesville. Our family was so pleased with the townhouse and the excellent accommodations. It was spotless from top to bottom, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was so well equipped, and the location so close to town made it incredibly convenient to all our events. If our travels bring us back, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Very highly recommend.

Warner house is a beautiful home. Tastefully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. The house is on three levels. Top level holds two bedrooms, middle level is the living space, kitchen, living room and the bottom level is a third bedroom. Having the bedrooms on separate floors affords privacy. The banister going to the down stairs bedroom was hanging off the wall and the refrigerator was not working - temp was around 58. The management company was very responsive and repaired the banister immediately. They also brought in a small dorm type refrigerator. The small refrigerator kept soda, milk etc cold but it was to small for us to keep meats, eggs etc to prepare meals in the house.

We had a wonderful stay with an impeccable home. Simply could not have enjoyed more.

This 3 level townhouse is new, clean, spacious and actually has 3 master suites with king sized beds. It was a perfect staging area for our UVA student for move in with easy access to campus. It’s a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors.:) I would definitely stay here again!

The house was great! Location, kitchen, bedding, all were wonderful. Only little thing is my wife and I chose to stay in the downstairs bedroom and though it is bigger than the other two on the top floor, the bathroom is a far cry from the others. It does not need a lot of work to make it nicer and just a new shower fixture would be a great start. Had very little pressure. But a small issue in what turned out to be a great home for our stay in Charlottesville. Highly recommend.
