We’ve blended industrial elements with traditional farmhouse style, and exposed original brick, plaster and wooden rafters while providing you with an updated, comfortable and inviting space.
The neighborhood, charm of the apartment, and proximity to all great things in Charlottesville will provide you with the local experience you want. It’s also important to us that you’re comfortable enough to feel like this could be your home. Some things we think that help achieve this are a variety of lighting options, different spaces you can relax, a bed that feels plush but doesn’t swallow you, blankets to layer as you need, a kitchen with all the things where you’d expect them, and comfortable furnishings that can handle your everyday living.
A few feet away from the entrance is access to a laundry room that can be used upon request.
Each side of the house has a pleasant yard that can be used for picnics, yoga, etc. Enjoy your own small porch with a bistro set, perfect for sipping a beverage or working on your laptop.
