UVA Graduation Reservations Requirements

Any reservation dates that occur within a week and over the following dates for UVA Final Exercises (May 15-17, 2026 and May 21 - 23, 2027) are subject to the following booking and cancellation terms:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The final balance is due 180 days before the Arrival Date.
• A 3 night minimum is required, unless approved in writing by our team. This applies even if the property is bookable for <3 nights.
• Cancellations made before 180 days of the Arrival Date will be refunded half of the deposit minus a 5% processing fee.
• Cancellations made between 120-180 days of the Arrival Date will receive a refund of 50% of the booking total.
• Cancellations made within 120 days of the Arrival Date will not receive any refund, and the guest will be responsible for paying the entire balance.
  

A few things to note:

• Default dates are Thursday, May 20th - Sunday, May 23rd. You may adjust desired dates upon booking.
• Arrivals Wednesday 19th require a 4 night minimum, and Monday the 17th and Tuesday the 18th require 5 night minimums
• A 50% deposit is required at booking for UVA Graduation rentals
