The home comfortably sleeps 12+ guests across four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families, wedding groups, or friends traveling together. The thoughtfully laid-out interior includes an updated kitchen with an island and bar seating for four, a dining room with seating for eight, a formal living room, and a cozy den with a large comfortable couch and plenty of space to gather or spread out.

Bedroom accommodations include four bedrooms: the downstairs room off the den features a queen bed and a twin convertible chair and is next to the downstairs bathroom at the base of the stairs. Upstairs is a landing area with a full length mirror and sitting area that opens to the three upstairs rooms and bathroom: the farthest guest room is spacious and features two queen beds; the middle primary bedroom features a king bed and sitting area, and the last guest room features two queen beds with a cozier feel. A shared bathroom with a claw foot bathtub sits outside this room. Each room is adorned with luggage racks or benches for your convenience, and full length and bedroom sized mirrors are accessible throughout the house for getting ready. 

Outdoor living is a highlight at Blairbrook Farm. Guests enjoy mountain and orchard views from the pergola, gather around the fire pit in the evenings, or grill and dine outside while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. As an active farm, Blairbrook maintains working fields, and guests may occasionally see farm staff tending crops farther from the home. For everyone’s safety and to protect the farm, guests are asked not to enter the flower fields. This authentic agricultural setting is part of what makes Blairbrook Farm so special—an immersive, serene Virginia experience just 15 miles from Charlottesville and the University of Virginia.
