The main level is designed for both gathering and everyday comfort. A modern kitchen features a large island with seating for four, a gas range, farmhouse sink, and high-end finishes, complemented by a dining table that seats six. The cozy living room includes an L-shaped sofa, piano, and game table, while a separate office or den with a fireplace provides a quiet space to work or unwind. A butler’s pantry and half bathroom complete the main floor. Every space feels intentional, warm, and inviting.
Upstairs, the home offers three well-appointed bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms in total. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, beautiful wallpaper, and a large en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Two additional queen bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a modern tub and shower combination. A dedicated laundry area is also located upstairs for added convenience. Outside, guests can enjoy the screened porch and backyard, which is shared with the separate downstairs apartment.
