UVA Graduation Reservations Requirements

Any reservation dates that occur within a week and over the following dates for future UVA Final Exercises (May 15-17, 2026 and May 21 - 23, 2027) are subject to the following booking and cancellation terms:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The final balance is due 180 days before the Arrival Date
• A 3 night minimum is required
• Cancellations made before 180 days of the Arrival Date will be refunded half of the deposit
• Cancellations made between 180 and 90 days of the Arrival Date will receive a refund of 50% of the booking total
• Cancellations made within 180 days of the Arrival Date will not receive any refund
  

A few things to note:

• Default dates are Thursday, May 20th - Sunday, May 23rd. Feel free to adjust desired dates
• Arrivals Wednesday 19th require a 4 night minimum, and Monday the 17th and Tuesday the 18th require 5 night minimums
• A 50% deposit is required at booking for UVA Graduation rentals
